	Start-Up Basic Support Plan
	Includes 20 hours a month onsite support 9am to 6pm onsite support - working week only 9am to 6pm remote computer support – working week only 9am to 6pm phone support – working week only additional onsite charge, over the 20 per month limit 60 minutes response time for critical issues for companies       within Dubai Area Only, 3 hours for non critical issues and       companies outside Dubai.
	Intensive Support Plan
	Includes 30 hours a month onsite support 8am to 8pm onsite support – working week only 12/7 remote computer support – including weekends 12/7 phone support – including weekends 10am to 8pm onsite support – weekends only additional onsite charge, over the 30 hours       month limit response time of 45 minutes for critical issues, 2 hours for       non-critical issues
